In the event of a young person over the age of 16 being the person responsible to allow our Operative into your home, we do not collect or store any data relating to them. We do not book appointments where a person under the age of 16 would be the only person home on our arrival.

Paper records, such as invoices, are filed and stored in our office.
After 7 years all paper files are commercially shredded on site.
Our business carries out periodic checks on records security and there is monitoring of compliance with records management procedures.
